About the owner

Dottie (Earle) DeLuca has been buying and selling antiques for 40 years. Although a professional dancer and singer in her younger years, Dottie always kept up her love for the other arts as well. In between shows on Broadway or kicking up her heels as a Radio City Music Hall Rockette she always managed to slip away to the flea market or antique store in search of that diamond in the rough. At Fleur De Lis she brings it directly to you. She is celebrating 13 years at this location. Stop in and say hello!

Fleur De Lis has a wide variety of styles from Mid Century Modern to Hollywood Regency to Boho Chic. This unique shop is a hidden gem in historic West Redding Center, and is known for its high-end, one of a kind, curated pieces. Specializing in designer pieces of art, furniture, lighting, jewelry and decorative accessories, the shop attracts both homeowners and designers alike.

MODERN REVIVAL-

Dottie Earle DeLuca has turned her passion for antiques into a thriving business to help rejuvenate West Redding Center. She opened Fleur De Lis Antiques and Decor in 2012, but her love of antiques spans more than two decades.

While working as a dancer on Broadway and a Radio City Music Hall Rockette, DeLuca often spent her down time between shows sifting through flea markets and antique shops in the city, looking for great finds.

"I ended up collecting so much stuff that I decided to start selling to other antique dealers," she said. "I was surprised to find out that people really liked to buy what I had."

While Ms.DeLuca sold antiques on the wholesale market for nearly 20 years, in November she opened the doors to her first retail establishment. Fleur De Lis offers a wide variety of items from vintage jewelry, furniture, artwork, decorative asccessories, sculpture, etc… as well as garden and patio items.

But the biggest attraction, especially for New York City buyers and designers, is her collection of mid-century modern furniture. Pieces from the 1960’s and beyond. By the likes of Arne Jacobsen and Fritz Hansen, popular designers of the era.

"There has been a lot of interest from designers and collectors for our mid-century modern collection. They like to take the train into Redding and spend a day in the country."
